Fix launch on Raspberry PI 4

When i connect seeeds studio OG TRMNL kit to my terminus instance running on RPI 4B I get stuck on trmnl logo without any text.

Why

I want to get seeed og kit working on BYOS

How

Connect to TRMNL hotspot and click on advanced settings, then enter the custom api adress which is located on the main screen of terminus the one with (API) on its right. Then type wifi credentials and thats all

Notes

The PI runs on debian 11 bullseye and terminus was installed using docker compose up command.

Hey. 👋 Can you provide more information:

1. What is the CPU and RAM specs of your Pi 4?
2. What version of Terminus are you running?
3. Did you follow the documentation and have you configured Terminus to use the correct API_URI for your host?
4. When you launch Terminus on the Pi, are you saying you can't register your account and login?

4. i created the account and i can access the main screen and all other settings

Thanks, are you getting any errors in the logs especially when LOG_LEVEL=debug is enabled? Also, at the moment, only the following are supported:

• reTerminal E1001
• reTerminal E1002
• seeed_esp32c3
• seeed_esp32s3

If the above are not recognized, Terminus will fall back to a OG+ device (assuming you are not getting errors in the logs like device not found, etc).

I have the OG kit which is based on e1001 i tested both e1001 and seedesp32c3 and s3 and none of them worked but i guess that the prolem is with api beacuse when i tried to use the trmnl mirror website and the android app i received errors

I still need to know if there are errors in the logs, though? There should be errors listed if the device can't connect. Also, when you log into Terminus are all of the models listed in the UI (if not, that means the worker didn't spin up for some reason)?

there arent any errors in the log and yes i see all models listed when i choose the option there are 45 of them
