This PR adds external link information for stories. This is helpful in an MCP setting when used in conjunction with tools for third party services. For example, if a story includes a list of Notion links and the client is running a Notion MCP server, the client can use the Notion tools to get context about the links after using the
getStorytool. The result is more robust context from which to execute follow up actions, such as implementing the story.
