Sorry, I lack the time to debug that now, drowning in other tasks. You didn't even write how you called the script, where the APK to be tested was placed, which directory you were in. If you write, step by step, what you did, I might be able to spot something. Oh, also make sure apktool is found in the PATH – that step might be missing there.

As I wrote: we don't know about it, and it is a REDIRECTOR, not a proxy. If you open that link in your browser, take a look at your address bar after the page has loaded. With a proxy, the original address would have remained there – which it does not in this case.

I cannot tell you anything else about it, you'd need to ask whoever had set that up, sorry. And again, to be clear: that was not us.
