Description
The collection/api spec dropdowns auto-select a value instead of placeholder.
Problem
BRU-4185: On Create Mock Server and Mock Server Settings, when Link to a collection or API Spec is enabled, the Collection and API Spec dropdowns pre-select an existing item instead of showing a placeholder. The placeholder strings "Select a collection" and "Select an API Spec" also appear as selectable options inside the dropdown list.
Fix
The Create Mock Server modal pre-filled the source with an arbitrary collection or API spec with workspaceCollections[0] / specSelectOptions[0] and so whenever no explicit defaultCollectionUid was given. Now the source stays empty unless a collection was explicitly passed in (or an instance is being edited), so validation forces an explicit pick.
