Description
Client certificates can currently only be configured per collection. This feature adds global client certificate management under Preferences. The UI for the collection Client certificates is updated per mockup. In addition, client certificates can be individually disabled. the PR also contains E2E playwright test cases for both global and collection level client certificate application.
