Git Hook - yarn deploy on every commit to master

Every time there is a new commit to the ```master``` branch, there should be a git hook that automatically runs ```yarn deploy``` so that the changes are immediately available at [https://use-adapt.github.io/](https://use-adapt.github.io/).
