Check to make sure configuration elements/requirements are in sync

Check the current configurations that were done manually to make sure that there are no errors where there's a requirement that doesn't match with a configuration element.

For example:
"Dexcom G5" in requirements and
"dexcom G5" in the configurations.

Going forward this shouldn't be a problem with the Configurator.

As we discussed, we don't want to throw out the idea of a list of valid configuration elements completely. It might make it a lot easier to validate input.

A couple to keep in mind:

• if "Dexcom G5" and "dexcom G5" are on the list of valid configuration elements, an invalid configuration element could enter the system.
• Trying to validate the list automatically by ignoring case doesn't work if "Dexcom G5" and "Decxom G5" are there, for example.

Hmm, I'm all for a list of valid configuration elements if it means we are able to use it to check against errors in the rest of the data file. You do bring up an interesting point with errors in that list itself.
