[BUG] feature to capitalize letter i does not honour setting for auto-capitalization

Steps to Reproduce

1. disable auto-capitalization in typing behaviour settings
2. type a text with the word i
3. the i is capitalized automatically despite auto-capitalization being disabled

Expected Behavior
the feature to automatically capitalize the letter i honours the auto-capitalization setting and does not capitalize it when it is disabled

Actual Behavior
the feature does not honour the setting and always capitalizes

Maybe dont check your spelling corrector. I dont have this problem in the 0.22.0-beta version.
