Enable Consumer Groups

In order to scale consuming kafka applications, there is a need to be able to register with a consumer group to commit offsets collectively and scale when consuming a topic. Investigate and implement this functionality in R so that it can be used in an operational setting

This might be done by groupId argument already on consumers. Make sure to verify it does what we want w/ tests
