Optimize chunk sending #8
Description
Divide the ChunkCreatePacket in three possible sending methods:
- full: passes a single id and fills the chunk with the id
- plain: uses plain ids
- huffman: builds a huffman dictionary with the chunk ids and sends it along with the huffman encoded block-ids
