Mainly because our eslint-config-uphold does not support TypeScript out of the box. Once we support it there, we should add `.ts` files back.

Merging this for now as I want to cut a new release. @nunofgs please check this afterwards, but it's a minor pattern change on the example README. 🙃🙈 |
