Description

  • Add a space after the release heading, respecting markdownlint MD032 - Lists should be surrounded by blank lines.
  • Format the Release number on the CHANGELOG heading to prefer Release tagName over name when available.
  • Fix changelog-fetcher to return tagName when available.
  • Format project's CHANGELOG to match the updated format.
