- Replace `pre-commit` with `@fastify/pre-commit` - Bump `nock` from `13.2.9` to `14.0.1` - Bump octokit/graphql from `4.8.0` to `7.1.1` - Bump `eslint-config-uphold` and lint files - Move `jest` config to `jest.setup.js`.
