fix(table): match header and body cell padding for size=sm (#219)

Fixes #219

Summary

TableHead hardcoded px-6 regardless of size, while TableCell uses px-5 at size="sm", causing a 4px misalignment between header and body text in small tables.

Fix

• TableHead now uses conditional padding matching TableCell:
  • size="sm" → px-5
  • size="md" → px-6
• Also aligned header/body selection column widths (w-9/w-11).

Verification

• Storybook story Application / Tables / Table 01 divider line sm — header and body text now share the same left edge
• md size unchanged
• npm run lint and npm run type-check pass
