This tar contains the signure that to be loaded in IPS.
Updating the tar to fetch updated signture for IPS.
TESTING:
Performed regression testing for IPS and also run below tcs.
`/usr/bin/runtests -t intrusion-prevention -h
before update the package size of suricata config
After udaing ngfw to current version it should be as below
