LoadingView HR runtime test auto-exits Samples app

Current behavior

Related to HR support for loading view #1472.

Expected behavior

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

1. Build Samples app head in Debug.

2. Run the test suite (without debugger).

3. Observe app auto-closes before logs; test fails intermittently.
