[Bug]: DAPA API item retrieval does not filter by collection identifer

Describe the bug

When retrieving a STAC item from DAPA API, providing a non-existent collection still returns the item.

https://api.mdps.mcp.nasa.gov/am-uds-dapa/collections/urn:nasa:unity:unity:prod:wrong_collection___3/items/urn:nasa:unity:unity:prod:nga-test-unity-dev-output___3:output_2

urn:nasa:unity:unity:prod:nga-test-unity-dev-output___3:output_2 does not belong to urn:nasa:unity:unity:prod:wrong_collection___3. urn:nasa:unity:unity:prod:wrong_collection___3 doesn't even exist.

What did you expect?

Should not return STAC item
