As a user, i want to be able to search on project (or even product) specific metadata related to the processing so that i can find the data and collections of interest to me

• an example of metadata to search on would be the version of the application package used to create the files
• might be processing times or a ""processing"" run- this could be defined in the collection metadata as well (e.g. label)
• Needs to include a way of specifying this metadata
• Needs to be an input into the data catalog portion to add this label
