airflow ui
The primary GUI for the Science Processing System (SPS) to run and monitor jobs at scale.

airflow api
The direct API for the job management system underlying the SPS (Airflow). Typically the OGC Processes API should be used instead, because it will abstract out a particular job engine.

ogc processes api
A standards-compliant programming interface for Application deployment, job execution and job tracking. May be used to execute jobs in batches.

jupyterhub
The default application-development environment to write and test algorithms before preparing them for scaled execution in the SPS. Pre-configured with authentication tokens and various python libraries to assist in using the various features of the platform.

The SPS Airflow component descriptions look good to me! The only thing that is a little confusing to me is:

Is Airflow the job engine and the OGC API might be used to run on a different platform?

Yes, Airflow is what I mean by "job engine"
And yes the OGC API may also run elsewhere, as it's a standard. It is also being used in MAAP to be the API to interact with jobs and processes (which does not use Airflow).
