Get code coverage reports from coveralls.io #415

  • Travis CI will run tests as normal, and then post coverage reports to coveralls.io
  • Coveralls.io will comment on pull requests, and use the status API to report coverage as a check
  • README.md gets a nice badge showing the coverage % of the master branch
