This group is based on both U+65E2 既 and U+65E3 旣, which are presumably unifiable since most of the existing characters and new additions are encoded with both forms.
This group has only eleven characters in Casey, meaning that four of the existing characters are encoded separately with each form. The ones not matching Casey are given an asterisk in this pull request, namely U+5848 塈, U+69EA 槪, U+66A8 暨 and U+6E89 溉, in order to match Casey.
U+3BA3 㮣 is sames as U+69E9 槩, but since the latter is encoded with both forms the former gets the asterisk.
U+2CD7A 𬵺 is a reclarification of U+2C6A2 𬚢 with the fish radical, but since it is the only such one currently encoded it belongs here for now.
