This submission establishes the ARKHE(N) OS v4.0 - CONVERGENCE architecture, a multidisciplinary upgrade that unifies performance, verification, and sovereign identity.

Key enhancements:

  1. Kernel Bypass (Track 0): Added libqnet C bridge and Parallax integration for sub-5μs latency targets.
  2. Formal Verification (Track 1): Implemented TLA+ specification and Coq safety theorems for the QuantumPaxos consensus engine, supported by a runtime monitor.
  3. SIWA Identity: Integrated Sign-In With Agent (SIWA) via a secure Keyring Proxy and 2FA Telegram Gateway (ERC-8004/ERC-8128).
  4. Preservation Module: Added the 'Smart Fix' protocol for automated media recovery with epistemic humility metrics.
  5. System Governance: Implemented the 'Clearing' self-diagnosis protocol and Time Crystal heartbeat to ensure system coherence (Φ = 0.9999).

Verified via test_arkhe.py, qnet_benchmark.py, and dual_clearing_protocol.py.

Unifies Kernel Bypass networking (libqnet), Formal Verification (TLA+/Coq), SIWA Identity stack, and Preservation Module (Smart Fix) into a coordinated system.

- L0-L1: libqnet C interface for high-speed DPDK/RDMA networking.
- L2: Epistemic status (Idol vs Instrument) and Time Crystal Heartbeat.
- L4-L5: Verified QuantumPaxos with TLA+ monitor and SIWA Keyring Proxy.
- L6-L7: Preservation Module with Smart Fix and Self-Diagnosis protocol.
- Integration: Unified dashboard and dual-track convergence tracking.
