Make maze-transformer public

This is soft-blocked on a couple things:

• Create intro notebooks #56
• Replace PretrainedTokenizer with custom tokenizer #31
• Add docs on model configuration #57
• Create repo for experiments #58

If the blockers are not resolved by end of week we can probably go ahead and make the repo public anyway

also, links to @rusheb 's colab notebook have been posted -- before making the repo public, we should either deprecate the deploy keys in that notebook, remove them from the notebook, or ideally both. Once the repo is public, we don't need them so it should be fine

deploy keys removed, everything else is a soft block. I'll make the repo public NET midnight GMT today, in case there are any other last-minute things to take care of
