Can the instructions be clarified?

Download and extract the source -- to which folder?

Copy config/template_newrelic_plugin.yml and rename file config/newrelic_plugin.yml -- should this read "Put the file config/template_newrelic_plugin.yml into the config folder of your app and rename it to "newrelic_plugin.yml" "

Set the location of the puma state file in config/newrelic_plugin.yml (Note: your puma control has to bind to tcp) -- I have no idea what this means

Execute ./newrelic_puma_agent -- How?
