CSO2 Launcher fixed by un4ckn0wl3z

Fixed:

Patched username field length limit to 30 characters
Patched password field length limit to 20 characters
Remove update message box alert when version not match
Read game server IP from ip.txt file
Remove launcher alert if RAdmin not already install

How to install

Copy/Replace all files in \Bin folder
