Bug in named rule on release v4.16.0

After upgrading to release v4.16.0, I'm getting the named rule triggered when importing existing variables from a module on the same path of the importer module. With v4.15.2 this did not happen.

Not that easy... but is as simple as this:

I don't think the reproduction is enough, our test cases are all passed.

In that case I'll try to setup some reproduction project later (when I have some available time...)

I was unable to replicate the issue outside the project were I found the problem, but it seems related to using the same filename in different folders. In that project, if I rename the problematic file (src/models/srm.js ) to something else and change the imports accordingly, the error is not triggered. FYI, in my project I have three files with the same basename (srm.js). They are src/controllers/srm.js, src/models/srm.js & src/routes/srm.js.
