DRAMSim3 LPDDR4 to DRAMSim2

Hi, I want to ask the DRAMSim2. Can we use DRAMSim2 simulate LPDDR4? The paper "A Performance & Power Comparison of Modern High Speed DRAM Architecture" said that DRAMSim2 can simulate LPDDR4, but there is no LPDDR4 device.ini Can we use DRAMSim3 LPDDR4 device.ini for DRAMSim2? How should I modify DRAMSim3 LPDDR4 time model and power model to simulate in DRAMSim2 Thanks!!
