Tabbed media navigation breaks the editor preview for SVGs

Bug summary

If there are content tabs in a custom media editor, like a tab for a dark mode version of an image, switching between tabs shows a garbage preview.

Specifics

In my case I was working with SVG images.

Steps to reproduce

Create a custom media data type with a content tab for a dark mode version of the image. Then create one of these media items and add images to both content tabs. When switching between them you should see one or both previews show junk.

Attached is an example. Remove the file via the "Remove file" link then choose a new one. Navigate to the other tab, like the one I created named "Dark Mode", then navigate back to the main tab. The SVG preview will be broken.
