RTE content disappears after repositioning umbraco 13

Bug summary

In Umbraco 13, when using the Grid layout and attempting to reposition a Rich Text Editor (RTE) block (e.g., moving it above or below a macro), the RTE content appears blank and cannot be edited immediately after moving. The content only reappears after the page is saved.

Specifics

Edge and Chrome present the same behaviour.

Steps to reproduce

1. Attempt to move the RTE block either above or below the macro.
2. Observe the RTE becomes blank and cannot be interacted with.
3. Save the page.
4. The RTE content reappears.

Expected result / actual result

The RTE content should remain visible and editable after being moved within the Grid.

Actual Behaviour:
After moving the RTE block, it appears blank and uneditable. A manual page save is required before the content becomes visible again.

Thanks @soto-nicole , I was able to reproduce it on 13.8.0-rc like this

I checked on 15.3.1, Rich Text Editor is still editable; however, it's content is removed and can not save new content after changing it like this:
