BUG - Accessibility in v12.2.0 - Login screen - Login button has contrast issues

v10.6.1 and v12.2.0

Bug summary

When I run a lighthouse accessibility report on the login screen, it flags an issue with the contrast between foreground and background colours on the login button.

Specifics

This is not browser specific

Steps to reproduce

1. Access a site running 10.6.1 or v12.2.0
2. Without loggin in run a lighthouse accessibility report for desktop

Expected result / actual result

EXPECTED RESULT - No issues reported
ACTUAL RESULT: The following issue was identifued for the 'Login' button (CTA)
