[ISSUE] No logs shown in 4.0.3 (donate) on Android 16 (LOS)

Describe the bug
In none of my crDroid 12.9 (A16 on LOS) devices I have ever seen a log entry in Logging section of apk (4.0.3 donate) but logging is enabled.

I'm seeing the same thing on Android 11 and 13. It says there is no log data even when I bring up a blocked app. The app tries and fails to get to the internet but leaves no log entries.

I downgraded (reinstalled) down to version 3.6 and logs seem to work there.

I confirm same issue on Android 16 starting from build 4.x and up till recent.
Even if logs are enabled and even if device is rebooted there will be no data in the Log interface.

That makes things way more complicate as there is no simple way to figure out what is happening with the ruleset, especially noticing "work.profile" bug
