[ISSUE] VPN not working on 4.0.3 #1470

Describe the bug
Updated to 4.0.3. VPN apps stopped working. Tested many different.
Were working fine on all previous versions.
I use in block all mode.
I selected rule [-10] to allow ALL apps only LAN and VPN connections. Used this way for about 2 years, all fine.
After update:
Now, after playing with settings, it seems selecting VPN app in rules and ticking explicit allow LAN makes it work again. So it seems it ignores rule [-10](Any app) where I already allowed LAN.
Actually I don't remember that you need to allow LAN for VPN app at all to make it work. But still.
Firewall Logs
I never really could make AFWall write any logs tbh. Even on previous versions. Don't know why.
Inside logs section it always tells me to turn them on, but it doesn't help.
