Please output radii (inner and outer) of all components in the radial build (inboard and outboard)

Description of issue / requirement to address

At present the radial build is only described in terms of a few actual radii (6, if my count is right) and then dozens of thicknesses. Painful reconstruction is required for the actual actual of the various components (often summation chains of thicknesses, which can vary based on certain PROCESS input flags).

Proposed solution

Please, please, please add all radii for the radial build, and all absolute z values for the vertical build.

So it should be possible to get the radii of the ith component you want by accessing radial_cum(i). Unfortunately, because the radial build is not fixed (depending on the type of machine being used), you might need to do something like:

1. Iterate over radial_label(1..N) until you find the component you want at radial_label(i)
2. Get radial_cum(i) from the MFILE.

We do not do this for the vertical build, but could. Any comments about how this approach could be improved to meet your needs?
