Support D-shaped internal components in plot_proc radial build

## Description of issue / requirement to address

We want to be able to plot the fw, vv, shield, etc in D-shape.

## Proposed solution

- apply D-shaped envelope mapping to internal components
- preserve existing behaviour for non-D-shaped machines
