Add performance timing measurements to serveHTML() and serveRSC() handlers to aid investigation of performance issues during development. The header includes timing for: - entries: time to load entry modules (Root, App) - ssr-module: time to load SSR entry module - rsc: time to create RSC stream - ssr: time to render HTML - defer-load: time to load deferred RSC components https://claude.ai/code/session_01B3u3KoaAbmABGez3Y7ANie
