linuxtrack doesn't recognise opencv 4.x #169

Description

@CyberGuerro

After I upgraded opencv to 4.1.2 from 3.4.1, when I rebuild linuxtrack, it tell me that opencv is not installed:

`checking for OPENCV... no
configure: error: Package requirements (opencv >= 2.0) were not met:

No package 'opencv' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables OPENCV_CFLAGS
and OPENCV_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.
`
Could you verify this? Probably you have to upgrade "configuration requirement" procedure, I don't know, I'm not a linux package developer :-(
