When a row is added for a folder that is missing from the inventory, it has blank Audit_Date and Audit_Required columns. Could fill that with n/a or some other indication that these are purposefully blank. Otherwise, at first glance it looks like checks on dates and required fields didn't run on all columns. But we may also get used to it.
