This is an update to the MYNN-EDMF, bringing in the "universal" k-only scheme, which will also go into WRF and CCPP eventually but probably in the form of a submodule. This also updates the MYNN sfclayer, making it more consistent with WRF and it also contains some coupling of the MYNN subgrid clouds to radiation (Thanks to Larissa Reames, NSSL).
Testing has only been done for a single case, so beware, but it also runs when compiled with DEBUG=true.
