⚠️ End of Vim Vixen and announcing the new project #1494

Dear Vim Vixen contributors and users,
It is with a heavy heart that I announce the termination of our OSS project. Over the years, the project is supported by many users and contributors. I grateful for the support and contributions that you have provided throughout this journey. Unfortunately, I have come to the difficult decision to discontinue the project.
However, I am pleased to inform you that I have started a new project named "Vimmatic". The new project starts on the foundation of the previous work and incorporates new features and improvements:
- Restart with a new brand
- Google Chrome/Chromium support
- Work on Manifest V3
- And also some bug fixes
You can access to the new project status on the GitHub, and try out it. This new add-on will be generally available soon.
I want to express our sincere gratitude to all those who have supported us and made the previous project a success. I hope that you will continue to support us as I embark on this new journey.
