This PR is a minor refactoring preparing for the upcoming PR on generated code tracker.
I am going to land this once the CI passes, since it is very straightforward and only updates trackers to receive
Locationinstance instead ofFix, if there is anything you would like to discuss, please let me know and I will bring this back.
