…LATE_FQDN` version in the cases where no site `FQDN` version is available. This is common on test sites. Add test script to verify the links are actually in place in running instance. NOTE: only handled in rocky containers as centos7 one will be retired soon.

security.txtandsite-privacy-policy.pdfby inserting symlinks toEMULATE_FQDNversion in the cases where no siteFQDNversion is readily available. This is common on dev/test sites and they are fine with just using the emulated default.Added test script to verify these links are actually in place in running instance.
