Update He 2022 with Theia entries

In the initial UCC version the database for the A Blind All-sky Search for Star Clusters in Gaia EDR3: 886 Clusters within 1.2 kpc of the Sun contained 886 entries and I removed 50 Theia entries. These should be included as they are labeled as clusters by the authors.
