Unable to preconfigure ubuntu-mate-settings-common?

The package overrides our firefox policies.json file, during install you get a dialog for what to choose(write, keep or compare). I've tried finding the option to preconfigure this with debconf so that we can do a unattended install, but to no avail. 

Any suggestions?
