How can we add a tooltip to Treemap when we hover to a block. I have tried the approach as provided for sunburst but didn't get any success with HInt.

Treemap doesn't current support children (though I would accept a PR to make it do so). In the mean time you could probably get the screen coordinates from a mouse over event and use that to place a styled div as a sibling to the treemap.
