Also is it possible to use several backends of the same type? For example docker hub and gcr.io?
If I define a namespace "gcr/.*", the requests will fail as it will try to query "gcr.io/gcr/...."Reacted by Lou Palma and lppHi, I'd like to help with the registry backend part of this docs issue. I plan to explain registry_blob versus registry_tag and their shared configuration/security options, based on the current implementation. Is anyone already working on that section?
Please document the supported backends and configuration options for each.
Currently, the CONFIGURATION doc provides an example of a couple of backends, but contains no description on what each backend does, or how it should be used.
For example, how do the
registry_blobandregistry_tagbackends differ? Whatsecurityoptions are supported?A clear and concise description of what the problem is.
