Apply dependabot upgrade suggestions for x/net, x/crypto and grpc

What changed?
Dependabot sends PRs for critical dependency version upgrades. There were few such PRs pending and it was going to be painful to go thru rebase -> review -> unblock buildkite -> merge -> rebase next one ... cycle so applying those upgrades in single shot.
