Minigames don't work on mobile

Describe the bug
The Unity WebGL minigames don't work on mobile and only work on desktop.

Root Cause
It actually just doesn't work. Period. It will never work. Period.

Expected behavior
That we don't soft-lock our game for people. That it would work whether or not you are on desktop or mobile.

We would want to remove all minigame events if we detect that the user is on a mobile device. To do this, we want to completely remove them from the pool.

We can do that at the start of everything; while it is initializing.
