proposal: admin overview in status page

Summary

Visiting the Rocket instance provides some mechanism to authenticate and view an overview of the Rocket deployment.

Requirements

Rocket 2 exposes a status page (a la #278) but also provides an authentication mechanism to view even more details:

• Data like adoption of Rocket features, number of users, usage statistics, and more would be very helpful to drive development of Rocket features.
• We might even be able to include basic observability, such as log and error views (even better with scoped/better structured logs #519 )

Context

It is difficult to get an at-the-glance view of Rocket statistics - we can use Slack commands, but it is not particularly geared towards displaying information.
