The aim of this PR is to updates the Cheaha OOD pages that required changes as part of GPFS5 migration.

For this section, I overlooked that some of the actions are already defined at https://docs.rc.uab.edu/cheaha/open_ondemand/ood_layout/#ood-command-menu. I am thinking of crosslinking to that section instead of defining each list here individually. Any thoughts?
