Review notes on USGS hydro climatology endpoint #685
Description
A mega-PR brought in stuff from an upstream USGS API. I missed some things in my quick review. Let's check in later on:
- Add more metadata to the CSV version of the data: citation + direct upstream link
- Consider dropping the 3 columns in the CSV / nested sections in JSON for "landcover," "model" and "scenario." There isn't a huge reason to identically match the structure of the data for the modeled climatologies and those 3 elements are kinda not needed here I think?
